The Record of
What We Got Wrong.
Errors are corrected promptly, publicly, and permanently. This log is the public record of every factual correction to RFA coverage since launch. It is never deleted. It is never sanitized.
Corrections Policy — Summary
When RFA publishes a factual error, we correct it in place in the original story, note the correction with a timestamp, and log it here. We do not delete stories to avoid accountability for errors. We do not issue silent edits. Full policy: ethics.html.
To submit a correction, email editor@radiofreeamerica.press with the subject line "Correction Request." Identify the specific claim and provide the evidence you believe contradicts it.
This log will be updated immediately when a correction is issued.
