Field Network — National Correspondent Program

If You Watch Your City,
Submit to the Wire.

RFA is building a national network of community monitors, scanner operators, and citizen journalists. If you track local dispatch, federal activity, or stories your city's press isn't covering — we want to hear from you.

What you do
Monitor local scanner feeds, dispatch channels, court filings, or community activity. Capture video, audio, or documentation of events as they happen.
What we do
Editorial review, verification, and publication through the RFA Wire and investigation pipeline. Your reports reach a national audience with full source transparency.
How it works
Approved correspondents get a secure submission token. Push reports directly to the RFA wire queue. Bylined as "[Handle] / [City], [State]" — your identity protected to the degree you choose.
What we're looking for
Scanner operators. Dash cam documentarians. Court watchers. FOIA practitioners. Anyone with eyes on local government, law enforcement, or federal activity in their community.

Correspondent Application
